It all started when Charlie discovered something jaw-dropping about the female body. This sparked an idea for an adult toy with a twist.
The unfolding documentary series follows Charlie as she brings the product of her own design to market. But with no business experience and plenty of self-doubt, it isn’t going to be an easy ride.
Speaking to experts, educators and entrepreneurs along the way, she breaks down stigma around female pleasure and doing a service to all womankind as she goes.
Episode one features social scientist, Dr Christiana Von Hippel and sees Charlie taking the first steps in beginning a business – figuring out the what, the why and the how.
Armed with a homemade clay model, and some very positive feedback from friends, it’s time to speak to product designers and a research scientist to see if her idea actually has legs.
