Award-winning leadership advisor Celine Schillinger has launched a new podcast, Dare To Un-Lead.
Celine’s debut book Dare To Un-Lead won the 2022 Porchlight Leadership and Strategy Book of the Year Award in the US. Her podcast, with the same title, is about relational leadership, with a focus on the dynamics and behaviours of successful leadership in a changing world.
It’s aimed at leaders who want to improve their organisation’s performance, change agents, intrapreneurs, and engagement practitioners working at evolving their organizations’ corporate culture, businesspeople and consultants with an interest in learning more about the core principles of relational leadership, and anyone interested in sustainability, leadership, engagement, and change.
The first episodes feature living systems thinker Myron Rogers and work anthropologist Stowe Boyd. They explore the limits of current corporate leadership and key elements of successful change in organisations.
