The Stillhouse Podcast has been launched to celebrate all things whisky, rum and cognac.
It explores the various ways these drinks can be enjoyed through conversation with leading figures in the food and drink industry.
The series is hosted by renowned drinks writer and TV presenter, Becky Paskin, an award-winning journalist and founder of OurWhisky and the OurWhisky Foundation.
Speaking about the series, Becky says: “I’m thrilled to be hosting The Stillhouse Podcast. The nine-episode series will include advice from experts on how best to enjoy dark spirits, how to use them to add flair to summer cocktails, and how to pair them with food.
Guests lined up from the drinks, retail and hospitality world include Tom Booton, Head Chef of The Dorchester Grill, Adam Layton, Head of Food at Honest Burgers, and Nick Larsson-Bell, Senior Spirits and Beer buyer for Harvey Nichols.
Topics and advice covered will include how to find the perfect whisky and enjoy it on your own terms, how to select the perfect dark spirits gift for a loved one and recipes for the best seasonal cocktails that are sure to impress.
The Stillhouse Podcast launches today, 22 May and is available on all streaming platforms including Spotify and iTunes.
