Marketing expert and podcast manager Michael Hurcum has launched a new podcast marketing agency.
Michael is producer of the podcasts ‘How To Build A Dating App’ featuring dating coach and TED speaker Hayley Quinn, ‘Secrets of a Dragon Slayer’ with BBC Dragon’s Den contestant John Kershaw. He has created The Podcast Marketeer to assist businesses, brands, influencers and coaches with the creation and launch of their podcasts.
Most recently working as a Marketing Director in the membership association space, Michael has 15+ years of marketing expertise and experience working with the National Health Service (NHS), fitness and leisure brands, and tech startups in the UK, as well as a decade of producing podcasts.
Speaking about the new venture, Michael said: “I’ve been lucky enough to be a part of some great podcasts so far, and I am now keen to take that to the next level by helping people to not only create and launch their own shows, but also to effectively market them to their target audience once the show is available – which can be a challenge for many podcasters.
“My hope is that by collaborating with The Podcast Marketeer, podcasters will see their shows continue to grow exponentially through the use of effective marketing combined with high quality production”.
