Lifelong friends Jamie Theakston and Alexander Armstrong are launching a new podcast, In Vino Veritas.
Both have a passion for wine and in each episode will use their detailed knowledge of it, sharing their insight into the best wines on the market together with some music that perfectly matches.
Each week Jamie and Xander offer their recommendations of affordable and rare wines, while exploring some of their hilarious and informative experiences. Using their broadcasting experience in music, the pair will shed light on both fascinating and hidden links between wine and song.
Jamie is a BAFTA Award winning broadcaster. He hosts Heart Breakfast with Amanda Holden. Alexander Armstrong is radio and television presenter, comedian, actor and singer. He hosts Classic FM’s weekday morning show and is presenter of the TV show Pointless.
