Kim Raine has launched The ADHD Brains in Business Show, a podcast for entrepreneurs with ADHD who are tired of following advice that doesnโt fit their way of thinking.
Hosted by Kim, an ADHD coach, author of Square Pegs, and founder of the Neurodiversity Training Academy, the show explores the realities of thriving in both business and life with an ADHD brain.
Described as far from the typical business podcast, the series blends solo episodes with candid interviews from experts and entrepreneurs who have found success by embracing their unique wiring instead of forcing themselves into conventional models.
โNo more pretending. No more pushing yourself to fit a mould that was never made for you,โ says Kim. โI created The ADHD Brains in Business Show to help neurodivergent entrepreneurs stop masking, start trusting themselves, and build businesses that work with their brains, not against them.โ
The podcast covers topics such as productivity challenges linked to executive dysfunction, hormone-related burnout, and marketing strategies when motivation dips.
Listeners can expect practical tools, mindset shifts, and relatable stories designed to leave them feeling supported and empowered to grow on their own terms.
Kimโs own experience fuels the showโs purpose. Diagnosed with ADHD later in life, she spent years frustrated by traditional advice that failed to deliver results.
With two decades of running successful coaching businesses behind her, she eventually realised that her brain worked differently and that difference was her strength.
Today, she is regarded as a leading voice in the neurodivergent entrepreneur space. In addition to Square Pegs, Kim founded The ADHD Business Collective and created the Neurodiversity Training Academy, an ICF and CPD-accredited coach training platform for professionals supporting ADHD clients with confidence and skill.
Her mission is to help late-diagnosed, neurodivergent entrepreneurs create lives and businesses that feel authentic. Through her coaching frameworks, training programmes, and now the podcast, she aims to help thousands stop masking, start thriving, and lead with unapologetic clarity.
The ADHD Brains in Business Show is available now on Spotify and Apple Podcasts.
