Rugby stars launch new podcast ahead of Women’s Six Nations

Women’s Rugby World Cup winner Vicky Fleetwood is teaming up with Great Britain Rugby Sevens star Ellie Boatman and broadcaster Robbie James to launch a new podcast.

Outside Centre launches ahead of the Women’s Six Nations, which kicks off on Saturday 23 March. Ellie, Vicky and Robbie break down the often-complicated game of rugby to answer the questions new fans to the game want to know.

The Offside Rule podcast moves to Listening Dog Media

The award-winning football podcast The Offside Rule has transferred to Manchester based podcast production agency Listening Dog Media.

When the series returns on Tuesday 6 February, broadcaster Lynsey Hooper will be joined by former England international and Women’s Super League winner Natasha Dowie. The pair will be chatting about everything in the women’s game, shining a light on the Women’s Championship alongside conversation about the WSL and beyond.

BBC Radio 6 Music’s Chris Hawkins is launching the 8th series of his podcast, How to DJ.

Each of the eight episodes will offer an intimate exploration of the lives and careers of legendary DJs, both from the club and radio worlds.

Having topped the Music Podcast charts in the UK, past episodes have featured the likes of Fatboy Slim, Greg James, Paul Oakenfold, Mark Radcliffe, Tony Blackburn, Bob Harris and Jodie Harsh.

David Seaman’s weekly podcast to put on its first live show

Seaman Says, the weekly podcast from England and Arsenal legend David Seaman, is doing its first live recording in front of an audience.

Taking place at London’s Clapham Grand on Monday 24 April, the show will include an interview with Seaman who’ll discuss his career in football. It will range from his days as an apprentice in Leeds, through to lifting the FA Cup as Arsenal captain and becoming one of the most capped players in England history having represented his country at iconic tournaments including Euro ’96.
