The Masked Singer Maskcast is a brand-new podcast offering fans a deep dive into the Masked universe!
From Bandicoot Scotland, producers of ITV’s The Masked Singer, and StoryHunter, the twice weekly podcast will include special celebrity guests, exclusive behind-the-scenes insights and gossip, and an opportunity to dissect those maddeningly compelling clues.
Hosted by The Masked Singer superfan Nick Johns, Monday’s pod delves deep into the TV show with the help of a special celebrity guest, pouring over the colourful characters, the performances and bonkers moments from the previous episode.
Nick also goes backstage to uncover the secret sauce that goes into producing the show, meeting the team behind it including creative overlord Daniel Nettleton and the award-winning costume designers responsible for the characters’ outrageous attire.
Thursday’s edition includes a superfan hangout where show devotees turn detectives to decode the crucial clues the viewers – and celebrity detectives – may have missed. Nick and his guests will also examine the outlandish theories and social media speculation of who’s behind the mask, as well as looking ahead to the following week’s Saturday night show.
The Masked Singer Maskcast launches everywhere you get your podcasts from 1 January, with episodes released on Monday and Thursday throughout the TV series run on ITV.
