The Moon Under Water is back with new host Robbie Knox, who takes over as landlord of the pub-based podcast.
Robbie has been producing content for his own channels and more, as a writer, director, YouTuber and co-host of JaackMaate’s Happy Hour and now he intends to breathe a new lease of life into the pub of the mind.
Rosie Holt, Lloyd Griffiths, Robin Ince and Tim Lovejoy are among the first names to join Robbie on the show, with more from the world of comedy, music, food and television to follow.
Earlier this year, after over 4 million listens and over 100 episodes, award-winning comedian John Robins took the decision to step down as presenter of the podcast of his own creation.
Now John is handing over to Robbie, who takes over hosting duties of The Moon Under Water alongside friend and Taskmaster producer, Dan Trelfer.
The show will releases twice weekly with its interview-led format and a listener-focussed bonus episode later in the week.
Robbie comments: “Since I appeared on the show as a guest, The Moon Under Water has been one of my favourite podcasts, so I’m delighted to be taking over. I can’t wait to start releasing episodes and I look forward to the deluge of social media posts from people telling me how much they preferred John.”
Produced by Audio Always, The Moon Under Water is available each Monday and Thursday on all podcast platforms.
