Returning to the station after her success in Asian Network Comedy, comedian and writer Fatiha El-Ghorri will kick off the Ramadan festivities hosting the new series of Not Even Water.
The fun and judgement free podcast for everyone about the month of fasting for Muslims will see Fatiha joined by a range of guests. These include Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, comedians Shabaz Ali and Muhsin Yesilada and content creators Sebinaah and Nadoosh discussing faith, fasting and everything about Ramadan.
Fatiha El-Ghorri says: “I am thrilled to be hosting the new series of Asian Network’s Not Even Water. I’ll be joined by some fantastic guests, and I can’t wait to sit down with them, discuss what Ramadan and faith means to us and answer some burning questions about Ramadan.”
Marking Eid, a special finale episode of Not Even Water will be recorded at Common Space in Bradford on Tuesday 25 March, in front of a live audience. Not Even Water Live is in partnership with Bradford 2025 UK City of Culture.
Tickets are free of charge and are available to apply for now, until Sunday 9 March, through the BBC Shows and Tours website. The episode will also be available to listen to on BBC Sounds after the event.
