Platform Media strengthens senior team with three new leadership hires

Platform Media has added three senior leaders across Production, Legal and People operations.

The company says the appointments of Alice Daziano, Hilde-Georgina Adetoba and Sharan Mudhur will support stronger processes and a more defined company culture during a period of rapid growth.

This includes six months of chart-topping launches featuring Graham Norton, Romesh Ranganathan, Wayne Rooney and Paul Scholes.

Platform Media has positioned the hires as a major step in building the structure needed to manage its expanding digital and television portfolio, with each leader taking responsibility for a core part of the organisation.

Alice Daziano becomes Head of Production after a decade working across large-scale campaigns and original content. She joins from Cowshed Collective, where she led production for global brands, broadcasters and creators including Netflix, Channel 4.0, FootAsylum, Beta Squad and the Sidemen.

Her previous work includes overseeing non-live content for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 and the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023, along with digital and branded projects for Disney+, LADbible Group, Culture Trip, The Olympic Channel, GoPro, Talisker, Red Bull and British Airways.

Platform Media says her experience will help the company push creative boundaries and scale ambitious ideas.

Hilde-Georgina Adetoba steps into the new role of Head of Legal. Her background covers commercial contracts and intellectual property across private practice and in-house roles. She trained at Bristows LLP before working at ITV and most recently at IMG within its sports and events division.

Platform Media says the role reflects its aim to streamline operations as opportunities grow.

Sharan Mudhur joins as Head of People following senior leadership positions at L’Oréal Groupe UKI, Red Bull, Charlotte Tilbury, BMG Music Group, HelloFresh and Fnatic.

Her experience spans employee engagement, career development, talent acquisition and organisational design across UK, North American, European and APAC markets. She will focus on building an inclusive, high-performance culture.

Chief Executive Josh Adley said: “Having Alice, Hilde-Georgina, and Sharan join our extended senior leadership team marks an incredibly exciting moment – their leadership will play a vital role in shaping the next phase of our growth, one that’s as strategic and sustainable as it is creative and bold.”
