Bauer expands audioXi with new in-app audio advertising partnership

Bauer Media Audio is expanding audioXi across Europe through a major new partnership with Audiomob.

This introduces non-intrusive in-app audio advertising to eight markets and adds a fast-growing format to its digital audio marketplace.

audioXi connects advertisers with premium digital radio, podcast and streaming inventory, and this integration with Audiomob extends that reach into mobile gaming for the first time across Ireland, the UK, Portugal, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Slovakia and Poland.

Audiomob’s patented in-app audio technology enables brands to speak to players in a brand-safe and uninterrupted environment, with ads delivered only when a device’s sound is switched on and verified by third-party measurement partners.

Audiomob’s approach is designed to protect the gaming experience by allowing audio messages to play naturally during gameplay without pausing or interrupting the session.

Advertisers can also add a clickable banner to encourage measurable interaction while keeping the audio message central to the experience.

By bringing Audiomob’s technology into audioXi, Bauer Media Audio strengthens its in-app audio capabilities and opens new planning options for advertisers seeking high-attention moments in mobile environments.

The move also supports audioXi’s mission to broaden digital audio opportunities across multiple platforms and categories.
