Entrepreneur and Emerald Hospitality Group Co-Founder Alberto Zandi has launched season two of his hit podcast, with a rebrand that marks a shift in purpose and ambition.
Previously known as 30 and Thriving, the podcast returns under its new name, Thriving Minds, signalling a move beyond entrepreneurship to explore deeper questions about life, growth, and success in today’s world.
What began as a post-Forbes 30 Under 30 passion project has evolved into a multi-platform movement with more than 400,000 subscribers.
Zandi says the show’s focus now extends beyond startups and scaling businesses, to explore mindset, identity, failure, and what it truly means to thrive.
“This isn’t just about startups or scaling a business anymore,” says Zandi. “It’s about human potential. It’s about mindset, identity, failure, and growth. Thriving today means thriving as a whole person, and we’re bringing on the people who’ve lived it to tell those stories.”
Season two brings together an impressive mix of high-profile guests across industries including sports, science, film, and finance.
Guests include India Amarteifio, breakout star of Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story; YouTube pioneer Caspar Lee; WBC Lightweight World Champion boxer Caroline Dubois; and Thomas Straker, known as the “bad-boy of British cooking”.
Other guests lined up this season include empowerment coach Tam Kaur; neurologist and sleep expert Dr Guy Leschziner; cardiologist Dr Aseem Malhotra; fitness entrepreneur Matt Roberts; Guido Fienga, CEO of Al Nassr and former CEO of AS Roma; stress management expert Alice Law; and Martin Kuczmarski, COO of Soho House.
The rebrand also signals a widening of the show’s scope. Alongside founders and creatives, Zandi now interviews psychologists, neuroscientists, and thought leaders to discuss the science behind thriving.
Zandi’s own journey, leading a 250-employee hospitality group through Brexit, COVID, and inflation, provides the podcast’s backdrop. His experience underscores his belief that success is rarely linear and that tenacity, not privilege, builds lasting legacies.
Season two of Thriving Minds is available now on all major platforms, including Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Amazon Music, and YouTube.
