Audio Always has unveiled four new podcasts, a new leadership team and new studios at Media City, Manchester.
The independent production company, which launched thirteen years ago, has produced major UK podcasts including Help I Sexted My Boss, Secret Mum Club and the award nominated The Pitcairn Trials. It also makes shows for BBC Radio 2, BBC Radio 6 Music and BBC Radio 1.
The latest Audio Always Originals include Joe and James Fact Up, a weekly comedy podcast from The Inbetweeners stars Joe Thomas and James Buckley, which launched on 23 September.
Also joining are The Jack & Ash Show from Jack Remmington and Ash Holme, The Girls Bathroom, and You Don’t Know You’re Born with Danny Miller, Brooke Vincent and Wingman.
Pete Linney and Ben Cartwright will executively produce the shows, joining Sam Davies in the new leadership team. Together, the trio take on Content Director roles, alongside Paul Fernley as Business Development Director and Amelia Collingwood as Operations Director, under founder and managing director Stuart Morgan.
“It’s a very, very exciting time here at Audio Always,” says Stuart. “The new studios in Manchester, together with the new podcasts and team means that Audio Always is a real powerhouse of audio creativity.”
The company has also opened a new head office in Media City with three visual studios dedicated to podcasting and audiobooks.
“The Manchester studios perfectly reflect our northern roots,” adds Paul. “Our team in Salford are the brains behind some of our biggest commercial campaigns, and we will continue to deliver the very best content for brands.”
