Blanchard House has announced a multi-project partnership with Exactly Right Media, the podcast network home to global hit My Favorite Murder.
The deal will see both companies co-produce a collection of nonfiction limited audio series, building on the success of The Butterfly King, Blanchard House’s recent historical true crime podcast.

Blanchard House’s Creative Director, Rosie Pye, added: “We are so thrilled to be working with Exactly Right again, combining its vision and commitment to great storytelling with our deeply original journalism. We’ve got some truly incredible stories to share with their loyal audience.”
Their next co-production is Hell in Heaven, created with iHeartPodcasts, which will tell the true story of Wall Street millionaires John and Ann Bender, who left New York in the early 2000s to build a lavish mansion and wildlife refuge in Costa Rica.
The documentary series explores what followed: a shocking death and a story shrouded in mystery, featuring investigative journalism, eyewitness interviews and expert analysis.
Hell in Heaven is set for release this autumn and will use Blanchard House’s in-house team of sound designers and composers to create an immersive, cinematic experience ready for adaptation for the big and small screen.
Female-led, independent production company Blanchard House has also recently signed another multishow documentary deal in LA, to be announced soon.
