Capital City College opens new Mosaic@Soho creative production hub

Capital City College has officially opened Mosaic@Soho, introducing a new creative production hub in London.

The studio complex is designed for production agencies, content creators and storytellers who want high-spec facilities in a single, fast and flexible Soho location.

Built as a full-service environment, Mosaic@Soho offers green screen, virtual production, podcast recording, grading, sound stages and screening spaces.

The site has been engineered to support rapid workflows, collaborative production processes and scalable client requirements, from short-form projects to long-term partnerships.

A key feature of Mosaic@Soho is its operating model. Capital City College, one of London’s largest further education providers, runs the facility and reinvests ninety-five per cent of every booking directly into student education.

The organisation says this approach provides bursaries, resources and hands-on training that helps prepare young people from diverse backgrounds for careers in the creative industries.

Simon Downing, Chief Commercial and Marketing Officer at Capital City College, said the project was developed to bring a new type of studio offer to Soho.

“We created Mosaic@Soho to give production agencies a home in Soho, where innovation meets efficiency, and a place to deliver great work while making a real difference,” he said.

Mosaic@Soho’s model means every production contributes to the skills pipeline by supporting learning opportunities linked to real industry practice.
