Dr Kristen Holmes, one of the world’s most respected voices in human performance, has launched her new podcast THE LINE.
The show explores the critical moment between who you are now and who you want to become. Each episode dives into what it truly takes to step over that line from intention to action, and from potential to excellence.
Produced by Steven Bartlett’s FlightStory, THE LINE feature elite athletes, coaches, scientists, and leaders who reveal the mindset, science, and habits that drive world-class performance.
Holmes and her guests work together to break down complex challenges into simple, actionable steps that anyone can apply to their own goals.
A former elite athlete herself, Dr Kristen Holmes is now Global Head of Human Performance and Principal Scientist at WHOOP. She has coached Olympic champions, special forces personnel, and senior executives worldwide.
Following her viral appearance on The Diary of a CEO, which inspired millions, her new podcast turns those insights into a weekly guide to mastering physical and mental performance.
“We all want to perform at our highest level, but most of us get stuck somewhere between knowing what we’re capable of and actually achieving it,” said Dr Holmes. “THE LINE isn’t just another performance podcast; it’s about tapping into the light and potential that already exists inside each of us. It’s about building integrity, taking that first step, and giving ourselves the chance to transform.”
The first four guests set a high bar. Basketball trainer Chris Brickley, known for his “BlackOps Sessions” with LeBron James and Kevin Durant, discusses the mindset of elite athletes.
Red Bull Racing’s Calum Nicholas shares his journey from the Formula 1 garage to author and ambassador.
Strength coach Senada Greca, whose clients include Kim Kardashian and Selena Gomez, explores how resilience drives success, while exercise scientist Dr Andy Galpin reveals the secrets behind record-breaking performance.
Each episode of THE LINE centres on the defining moment where intention becomes action, offering reflections and real-world lessons on growth, grit, and transformation.
The first episode is available from today, 23 October, with new episodes released every Thursday on all major podcast platforms and across social channels.
