Forever Audio has appointed Tim Sketchley as Sound Engineer, adding further experience to its expanding studio engineering team.
The company says this strengthens its technical capability as it continues to grow post-production and audio services across film, television and branded content.
Tim joins with a background including feature films, high-end television drama and ADR, having previously worked at Lipsync and Boom Post.
His screen credits include Afterburn, Hijack, The Gentlemen and Call The Midwife, where he contributed to sound editorial and final mix work as part of larger production teams.
Alongside scripted work, Tim has also built experience in sound design for short-form content, collaborating with brands such as Nike, Manchester City and Don Papa Rum, as well as music videos for artists including Raye and Arrdee.
Forever Audio says his mix of creative sound design and technical delivery aligns with the studio’s focus on supporting productions from development through to final output.
The appointment follows recent investment in the company’s facilities, including the completion of Studio 8 last year, a second Dolby Atmos suite at its Tottenham Court Road base.
The business has also made senior appointments in recent months as part of its wider expansion plans. These include the arrival of Warren Hamilton, founder of Wave, who joined as Studio Partnerships Director to support relationships across production and post-production.
Commenting on his new role, Tim said he was looking forward to working across a range of projects with the team.
“I’m really excited to be joining Forever Audio. The studios, the people and the ambition here are all so inspiring, and I’m looking forward to getting stuck into a wide range of projects and collaborating with the team,” he said.
Seb Juviler, co-founder and chief executive at Forever Audio, said Tim’s experience across multiple sectors made him a strong addition to the business.
“Tim’s experience across high-end TV, features and advertising makes him a great fit for Forever Audio. He shares our passion for great sound and attention to detail, and we’re delighted to welcome him to the team.”
