Sherrie Hewson is a much loved actress who has been working in television since the early 1970s.
She’s probably best-know for her role in Coronation Street as Reg Holdsworth’s wife Maureen and most recently as Joyce Temple-Savage, manager of the Solana Hotel in the popular comedy Benidorm.
There’s much more to Sherrie’s career – she’s starred in many films and appeared in numerous TV shows, including Loose Women for 14 years.
Life hasn’t always been great for her, she declared bankruptcy in 2007 after more than 30 years in showbiz, but despite that, she’s still going strong!
