Sunday Times best seller, motivational speaker and ‘manifesting queen’ Roxie Nafousi, is launching a brand-new podcast with Bauer Media Group in January 2025.
RISE will see Roxie speaking to some of the biggest names in health, wellbeing and entertainment to explore times in their lives when they’ve had to rise up, rise above or rise again and again to achieve their goals.
Guests lined up for the first season include Jay Shetty, Spencer Matthews and Craig David among others.
Roxie said: “Since I started my own self-empowerment journey, I have been lucky enough to learn from, and be inspired by, so many incredible individuals.
“My new podcast is the chance to share some of those stories in the hope that anyone listening, at whatever stage in their life, can realise the power of change and start to explore what it is they need to rise up, realise their own potential and live their best lives.”
Roxie’s own rise was prompted after hitting rock bottom in her early 20s following years of partying, addiction and poor self-care.
After manifesting came into her life, Roxie created her own process that led to recovery, realisation and ultimately her debut book – MANIFEST: 7 Steps to Living Your Best Life. This manual became a global best seller when it first hit shelves in January 2022, rapidly establishing itself as the must-have guide to manifestation.
Her new podcast will further Roxie’s mission to transform the lives of those dealing with emotional and mental health issues. Guests will share how they have, in some way, risen up from adversity, gone high when others have gone low or shown extraordinary resilience to achieve, before sharing practical tips on how listeners can do the same.
