Multi-award-winning presenter, author, and campaigner Nikki Lilly is launching a new video podcast, Live A Little, in collaboration with leading podcast company W!ZARD Studios.
Live A Little is described as a space for soft conversations with a big soul, exploring the “weird in-between of modern life” – moments where life feels full but there’s a sense something deeper might be missing.
The podcast sets itself apart from typical lifestyle shows by focusing on sharing experiences, thoughts, and questions rather than offering definitive answers.
Nikki, who has won BAFTA, Emmy, and Pride of Britain awards, will host from her own Live A Little studio. She will be joined by guests from the arts and pop culture sectors, discussing the challenges and reflections that come with the in-between of success and doubt.
She will also record solo episodes that explore themes such as navigating change and seeking a deeper sense of connection, offering an intimate and thoughtful perspective.
Episodes will be available across all podcast platforms, with video versions released on YouTube and Spotify every Thursday from 4 December.
