Paula Radcliffe joins Sport Social with Paula’s Run Club podcast

Paula Radcliffe, one of the greatest female distance runners of her generation, has joined the Sport Social Podcast Network with her show Paula’s Run Club.

Co-hosted with long-time British running star Chris Thompson, the podcast brings conversations, expert insights, and a strong sense of community to audiences every week.

Radcliffe, who retired from competitive running in 2015, famously held the women’s marathon world record for 17 years, alongside an array of international medals.

With Paula’s Run Club, she continues her lifelong passion for the sport, offering listeners unrivalled access to her experience and stories from across the running world.

The podcast is designed as a hub for runners of all abilities, from beginners tackling their first parkrun to seasoned athletes training for major city marathons.

Episodes feature inspiring tales from runners around the globe, guidance from world-class athletes, and discussions that celebrate running not only as a sport but also as a source of joy, fitness, and connection.

The series also welcomes guests from across sport and entertainment. Chelsea Clinton, Chris Evans and Charley Hull are among those who have shared what motivates them to run, whether for competition, mental wellbeing, or simply for fun.

Speaking about the partnership, Radcliffe said: “I am delighted that Sport Social are supporting and promoting Paula’s Run Club. They are the ideal partner to help grow our community, we really have a vision to provide a community hub for all runners to come to and share advice, concerns and a love of running.”

Stefan Doyle, Head of Sport Social, added: “Running has a unique power to connect people, no matter their background or ability and nobody embodies that spirit better than Paula.

“With Paula’s Run Club, she’s building a space where the whole running community can come together, share their journeys, and inspire each other. We’re proud to welcome her to the Sport Social Podcast Network.”

Paula’s Run Club is available on all major podcast platforms. New episodes are released twice a week, with a Thursday “Shakeout” edition dedicated to listener questions and community Q&A.
