Podcast offshoot Happy Place Festival returns for biggest year yet

Fearne Cotton’s Happy Place Festival is returning this year to be its biggest yet at Old Deer Park, London 11-12 July and Tatton Park, Cheshire 5-6 September.

Now entering its sixth year, the wellness-focused event expands its programme with new spaces, returning favourites and a broad line-up of guest speakers, live podcast recordings and hands-on workshops designed to bring people together.

At the centre of the weekend is The Talk Stage, created in association with Phizz, where audiences can attend panel discussions, expert-led conversations and live recordings of the Happy Place podcast featuring well-known celebrity guests.

The outdoor Centre Stage, in association with personal care brand method, will host yoga, breathwork and meditation sessions alongside live music performances that close each day of the festival.

A dedicated Expressive Arts area adds poetry, spoken word and music to the programme, offering visitors space to pause and engage with creative performances across the weekend.

New for this year is The Happy Hub, described as a judgement-free zone focused on fun and participation, where activities such as line dancing and hula-hooping encourage guests to try something different without pressure.

Tatton Park will also feature a new Self-Development space, hosting workshops and talks centred on manifestation, goal-setting and personal growth as part of a broader push to expand the festival’s practical wellbeing offer.

Other dedicated areas include the Health Teepee, in association with Viridian, focusing on nutrition, hormones and holistic wellbeing, alongside the Zen Tepee in association with TEMPUR and a Yoga Tent offering guided sessions.

Returning features include the Book Stall in association with Waterstones, the Craft Tepee with Gemporia Craft, a Children’s Corner and an independent Shopping Village, with Never Fully Dressed and MOMA confirmed as partners for this year.

Across the site, visitors can move between conversations, movement sessions, creative workshops, food stalls and retail spaces at their own pace, whether attending alone, with friends or as a family group.
