Entrepreneur Rose Gibson has launched a new podcast aimed at women balancing ambition, identity and motherhood.
I’M FINE (but…) is hosted by Rose and positions itself as a space for women who appear to be coping but feel conflicted about work, family and personal fulfilment, particularly while building businesses or careers alongside caring responsibilities.
The podcast includes guest conversations, drawing on founder stories and practical insight while deliberately avoiding hustle culture, perfectionism and pressure, which Rose says often dominate discussions around success and self-improvement.
Speaking about the launch, Rose said: โI’M FINE (but…) is for women who look like they’ve got it all together but secretly feel like something’s missing.
โThis podcast gives women permission to stop shrinking themselves, stop apologising for their ambition and start building lives that reflect who they truly are, even when they feel like they’re drowning!โ
Rose is the founder of BabyBeats, a postnatal and fitness brand that supports families across the UK through classes, free community initiatives and online resources, alongside her work as an author and speaker.
She is also the author of Amazon bestselling book I’m Fine: The Truth About Becoming a Mum (That No One Warns You About), which explores the realities of early motherhood and the emotional impact of becoming a parent.
Across its episodes, the podcast addresses topics including identity after motherhood, freedom versus financial pressure, building values led businesses, mum guilt, boundaries, burnout and redefining success, with a mix of personal reflection and wider discussion.
Early episodes feature conversations with guests including Julie Lawson, known as The EveryDay Confidence Coach, psychotherapist Sarie Taylor and Angela Hodgson, founder of Ignite Improvement, alongside Roseโs own experiences of building a national brand.
The first episode, I Hid My Ambition, Then I Built a National Brand, launches on 8 February and introduces the themes behind the series, focusing on ambition, visibility and the tension many women feel between growth and self-preservation.
I’M FINE (but…) will be available on Apple Podcasts, Spotify and YouTube.
