Spotify has launched a new fitness experience that allows both non and existing Spotify users to create free personalised HIIT workouts, voiced by big podcast names and soundtracked by your favourite artists.ย
2020 has been the year for the at-home workout, as weโve swapped gyms for garages and sweaty studios for our living rooms, and Spotify has seen the trend play out across the platform, with over 385,000 workout playlists created or added to so far this year, with the top five workout tracks:
- Imanbek, SAINt JHN – Roses – Imanbek Remix
- The Weeknd – Blinding Lights
- Dua Lipa – Physical
- Kanye West – POWER
- Dua Lipa – Don’t Start Now
Withย Spotify Pumped, you can create your own music led workout by answering a few simple questions; first select your workout space – whether thatโs your garden or living room – then your chosen intensity level, followed by your preferred music genre, before finally selecting your very own Spotify celebrity โcoachโ to keep your motivation high. The celebrity trainers are from some of Spotifyโs top podcasts, including:

Each HIIT session lasts between 7 and 21 minutes and will be guided by a number of animated trainers whoโll show you the ropes: lunges, squats, push ups, burpees, and more!
