Steven Bartlett launches Flightcast to transform video podcast growth

Steven Bartlett, creator and host of The Diary Of A CEO, has announced the launch of Flightcast, a new platform designed to help video podcasters grow their audience.

Co-founded with Roxcodes, a former engineer at MrBeast, the platform aims to simplify the fragmented and time-consuming processes currently faced by creators.

Flightcast is an all-in-one system that handles distribution, analytics, and growth across YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts and more. Bartlett said the platform builds on the tools that helped The Diary Of A CEO become one of the fastest-growing podcast brands worldwide.

“Flightcast brings together all of the tools we built to help us grow The Diary Of A CEO,” Bartlett explained. “We’re giving creators back their most valuable asset – time – by simplifying every step from distribution to growth, with the most valuable analytics currently available.”

Roxcodes, now Flightcast’s CEO, said the technology puts data-led growth within reach of all creators. “The biggest creators hire full-time data scientists to find the one per cent gains. Flightcast cuts through that with software that helps creators quantify their data, understand their audience, and unlock their true potential,” he said.

The platform launches with two major innovations: a unified upload flow allowing creators to distribute video and audio content to multiple platforms in one step, and a consolidated analytics dashboard offering a complete performance overview.

Flightcast’s advanced tools include AI-edited video clips, automated uploads, AI-driven insights, and personalised content generation trained on each creator’s unique voice.
