The Singing Psychic presents two podcast series for the new normal!

The creator of The Singing Psychic, Marysia Trembecka, presents two new podcast series for life in a pandemic.

From her ivory tower Marysia discusses moving your endeavours forward and, as her comedy psychic alter-ego, acts as the nation’s agony aunt during the coronavirus crisis, even delivering a weekly #SongOfTheWeek plus her ‘Four-Tune’ telling!

Explaining the thinking behind the ‘Love Your Creativity and Make Money’ podcast. Marysia says: “With festivals cancelled and work drying up, I was determined to find the opportunities in this weird situation.

“Rather than be crushed by coronavirus, I wanted to emerge from the crisis, phoenix-like, and absolutely make the most of this time. I’ve taken what I know about positivity and resilience and distilled it into simple life lessons for creatives and artists – from dancing in your kitchen to reconnecting with the wider world.

“If I can help people avoid overwhelm and rediscover joy; give them the strength to trudge through the mud… then all this strangeness will have been worth it.”

Marysia left her career as a City bond dealer to pursue her creative dreams. Having toured her shows internationally, she believes she knows what she is talking about.

She hopes that the podcast will help to stimulate ideas and inspire listeners to use this odd time productively.

The first Love Your Creativity podcast was back in 2013 but Marysia got too busy acting, modelling, touring the world with her shows and making new work to keep the podcast going, so with the dearth of live gigs at present she is re-focusing.

Last October she was performing her sexual politics Arts Council funded show ‘Queen Of The F*cking World’ at Glasgow film festival WOFF as well as doing a TedX talk as herself and also as her The Singing Psychic comedy creation. This October she will become DJ Singing Psychic.
