Ella Mills and Rhiannon Lambert will be taking their hit podcast, The Wellness Scoop, to the stage this summer for a brand new, one-off live show.
It will take place London’s Cadogan Hall on Saturday 14 June.
Ella is an award-winning author and founder of Deliciously Ella and Rhiannon is a renowned registered nutritionist and founder of Rhitrition.
Their chart-topping show achieved one million downloads in its first eight weeks, rapidly building a dedicated community of people looking for realistic wellness solutions.
Building on this success, the live show will deliver the latest wellness news, expert advice, and personal recommendations, equipping the audience with practical tools for better wellbeing.
The Wellness Scoop Live is designed to make wellness less overwhelming, focusing on the science-backed, and stress-free solutions. It will bring the essence of the hit podcast to life through a structured four-part event, designed to be interactive, informative, and engaging.
The evening will begin with Part 1: The Podcast Live, with The Headlines That Matter and Big Wellness Trends, discussed and dissected with audience interaction.
Part 2: Audience Q&A will provide attendees the opportunity to ask direct questions and receive honest, real-time answers.
Part 3: A Surprise Live Act will guide the audience through a short but impactful meditation session.
The event will conclude with Part 4: Ultra-Processed Foods Debunked, where Rhiannon will exclusively share for the first time her extensive exploration of the research on UPFs, exploring their impact on health and how to make informed dietary choices.
