Comedian and presenter Tom Allen is turning his love of gardening into a new podcast and YouTube series, Pottering With Tom Allen.
The show will see Tom invite friends to join him in his much-loved garden, a space he describes as the only place where he can fully relax, clear his mind and enjoy the moment.
Each episode will feature conversations while he tends to his hydrangeas, bulbs and a new water feature.
The series opens with a chat between Tom and fellow comedian Kerry Godliman. Future guests will include Jo Brand, Rob Beckett and Suzi Ruffell, with more names to be announced.
Speaking about the project, Tom said: “As you might have noticed I have been enjoying spending time in the garden lately and lots of you have enjoyed watching so I thought, why not share some of my garden time with you whilst I enjoy the company of a friend or two?”
The show will be available on YouTube and all podcast platforms from 25 September.
