Sony to bring broadcast tools to podcast creators at The Podcast Show

Video podcast production will be shaped by Sony Digital Imaging at The Podcast Show in London next week.

Sony Digital Imaging will exhibit for the first time at The Podcast Show on 20 to 21 May 2026 at the Business Design Centre in London, on Stand C11, presenting its integrated broadcast ecosystem for video podcasters and creators of all sizes.

Visitors to the stand will be able to experience Sony’s broadcast ecosystem across four K cinematic cameras, broadcast grade audio, intelligent workflow software and professional displays, designed to support capture, management and distribution of high-quality video podcast content across different production scales.

Sony’s Digital Imaging team will also host two Ask the Expert sessions titled The Tech Behind Successful Video Podcasts, featuring creators from ADHD Chatter, Laughing Around and Vaudeville, taking place on Wednesday 10.50am to 11.30am and Thursday 1.40pm to 2.20pm at the Ask The Expert venue.

Sony’s Mike Williams, Head of Business Development Engineering at Sony Europe, said: “We are proud to bring our combined heritage to the podcasting and content creation markets.

“Creators are only just beginning to recognise how professional production can dramatically transform their storytelling and their brand, and the current strength of demand is exactly why we’ve made The Podcast Show a priority.”

Sony Digital Imaging already has a growing customer base of podcasters, studios, broadcasters and independent creators including Vaudeville, the London based production studio working with Netflix, Amazon, Disney, BBC and Channel 4, and OMR Podstars in Hamburg.

Specialist teams will be available throughout the event to demonstrate broadcast grade tools and answer technical questions for creators and production teams.
