The GO Radio Football Show returns on air and as a podcast this Monday with an exclusive interview as Barry Ferguson finally breaks his silence on his short spell managing Rangers.
The former Ibrox captain will join host Paul Cooney live in the studio from 5pm to 7pm, giving his side of the story for the first time since leaving the role.
“Nothing is off limits,” said Ferguson. “It’s time to tell my side of the story.”
His three-month period in charge saw a dramatic mix of results, including a famous win at Parkhead and European success against José Mourinho’s team, followed by tough domestic setbacks.
Listeners will hear Barry reflect on those highs and lows and reveal how he feels about his time at the club now.
And there’s another big announcement for GO Radio fans. Former Celtic and Scotland defender Charlie Mulgrew is joining the team as a new co-host for the season ahead.
Charlie, known for his quick wit and honest analysis, said: “I’m buzzing to get started. I’m looking forward to some proper football chat – and on Monday, I’ll be crossing swords with Barry Ferguson. Should be lively!”
Listeners can call in and share their views during the live show, Monday, 21 July at 5pm, live on GO Radio – on DAB in Glasgow, smartphone, or wherever you get your podcasts.
