International Women’s Podcast Festival full line up revealed
The full line up has been announced for the International Women’s Podcast Festival 2024, presented by Content is Queen, in partnership with Spotify.
Taking place in central London on 3 and 4 October, the festival offers exclusive sessions, featuring workshops, masterclasses, and discussions from some of the world’s top podcasters.
Sessions to gain practical tips on the craft of podcasting through:
- Building an engaged community with Renée Kapuku and Courtney Daniella Boateng from To My Sisters
- Workshopping podcast formats with producer and presenter Meera Kumar
- Booking great guests with Jennie Becker from Sliding Doors
- Elevating interview podcasts with Golda Arthur from RadioGold Productions
- Improving the quality of podcast sound with audio producer and educator Lisa Hack
- Creating brilliant ads with Kate Mander and Dani Murphy from Just Add Joy
- Protecting intellectual property with Kelsey Morgan from Lawful Creators
- Starting a podcast with 0 following to a large, engaged audience with Pilar Nalwimba and Raj Pander from On To The Next One:
- Directing audio theatrics with the ‘queen of audio drama’ Ella Watts, head of production at Six to Start
In addition to the paid offerings, Global Voices, a free segment of the festival, brings together podcasters from across the world and is open to all attendees. Global Voices will feature speakers who will share their personal journeys, podcasting expertise, and strategies for success.

- Voices of African Women Panel – a celebration of podcasting’s power to amplify African women’s voices

- Audio Drama and Storytelling Panel – discussing the craft of narrative fiction in podcasting

- Disability and Podcasting Panel – Asking how can we move podcasting around disability from ‘awareness’ to proactive change?
- Turning facts and data into engaging podcast content
