Live election specials for Newscast podcast on BBC Sounds

The Newscast podcast is covering the General Election with live streaming on BBC Sounds.

Adam Fleming is hosting The Newscast Election All-Dayer until 5pm today (Wednesday), joined other Newscast hosts and guests on the BBC Sounds Election 2024 Audio Stream.

Then tomorrow, on the night of the election, from 10pm until 7.30am the following morning, The Newscast Election All-Nighter will see Adam Fleming and friends of the podcast joined by an audience of 150 people at the BBC Radio Theatre, at Broadcasting House in London to watch through the night, getting live reaction as results come in.

The event will be part of the BBC’s coverage, including BBC One, BBC Radio 4 and BBC 5 Live. There will also be a live stream on BBC iPlayer between 10pm on Thursday and 7.30am on Friday.

Chris Mason will join Adam to record an episode of Newscast, which will be available on BBC Sounds at around 6am on Friday.
