New podcast from expert Chinese medicine practitioner Katie Brindle

Renowned Chinese medicine expert and bestselling author Katie Brindle has launched her debut podcast Own Your Health.

Katie is on a mission to revolutionise the way people approach their well-being with her expertise accumulated over decades to guide listeners on a journey toward optimal health and self-care.

A leading figure in holistic wellness, Katie, who Forbes Magazine called “The Wellness Expert You Need to Know”, will give simple and easy-to-follow guidance and techniques in each episode.

From combating stress in two minutes, to instantly transforming your health in three simple steps, the podcast will offer an opportunity to laugh, learn, and discover something new about your own health and self-care journey under Katie’s expert guidance.

Katie says: “There’s a whole aspect of Chinese medicine that many people don’t know exists which revolves around self-care. While self-care has probably only been popular in Western culture for about five to 10 years, in Eastern culture self-care has been massively important for thousands of years.

“There are techniques I’ve discovered during my training as a Chinese doctor that have blown my mind and they are as powerful to your body as brushing your teeth is for your dentistry. I’m on a mission to make self-care and everyday wellness the norm.”
