Ed Gamble and James Acaster are celebrating a major milestone as their hit podcast Off Menu kicks off its 14th series with its 300th episode.
In the first episode of the series, presenter AJ Odudu takes over as guest host to turn the tables and ask Ed and James for their updated dream menus in the famous Off Menu restaurant.
Ed joked: “When we first started this podcast, I only thought we would last 299 episodes, but here we are at 300. Here’s to at least 8 more!”
James added: “300 is a 2006 American epic historical action film directed by Zack Snyder…,” before launching into a detailed synopsis of the film, continuing his signature comedic style.
Previous guests on Off Menu include Robert De Niro, Jeff Goldblum, David Tennant, Carey Mulligan, Dermot O’Leary, Meera Sodha, Santiago Lastra, Mo Gilligan, and Daisy Ridley, making it one of the most star-studded podcasts in the UK.
Launched in December 2018, Off Menu has racked up nearly 200 million downloads and has won multiple awards, becoming one of the country’s biggest comedy podcasts.
Off Menu will return to the stage in March 2026 with Off Menu Live: The Tasting Menus at London’s Royal Albert Hall, where four of the five shows have already sold out. Tickets for the remaining show are available at plosive.co.uk.
Series 14 of Off Menu launches today, 16 July on all podcast platforms.
