Podcast Radio is to showcase its first ever dedicated sports podcast on the station.
Row Z is a weekly football and comedy podcast which launched in June hosted by Joe Forrester and Hannah East alongside football expert Mike.
Joe says: “We are chuffed to bits to be bringing Row Z to Podcast Radio. It’s a football show but not as you know it. The growth of the show has been amazing – and we can’t wait to bring listeners a little bit of football and a lot of silliness every weekend”.
Gerry Edwards, CEO of Podcast Radio, says: “We love Joe and the team and the way in which they combine football and comedy. Up until now, we haven’t had a dedicated sports show but we think Row Z is just right for our audience both in the UK and internationally.”
Row Z features all the big stories from the Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Ligue 1 and the Bundesliga as well as big-name guests from the worlds of football and comedy. It can be heard from 6pm Fridays and repeated across the weekend.
Podcast Radio broadcasts on DAB in London, Surrey, Manchester and Birmingham as well as online and via smart speakers.
