Forever Audio hires Ben Gulvin to strengthen senior engineering team

Forever Audio has appointed Ben Gulvin as Senior Engineer, adding more than two decades of sound design and audio production experience to its team.

Ben brings over 20 years of work across sound design, audio post production and creative audio for advertising, film and branded content.

His work has included projects for UK and global brands such as Guinness, Adidas, Citroën, Bet365 and LEGO, along with collaborations with Academy Award winner Johnnie Burn.

During his career, Ben has held senior roles at studios including 750mph and Wave. His work has focused on delivering creative audio across advertising campaigns, film productions and branded projects.

At Forever Audio, Ben will work across the company’s advertising, film and immersive content output. The business operates across the UK and the United States, producing audio work for a range of creative and commercial clients.

The appointment follows two other additions to the team earlier this year. Warren Hamilton, founder of Wave, joined the company as Studio Partnerships Director at the start of the year. Tim Sketchley, previously a Re Recording Mixer at Lipsync, has also joined as part of the company’s wider recruitment plans for this year.

Commenting on the appointment, Warren Hamilton said: “I’ve known Ben for many years, and had the pleasure of working closely with him during our time at Wave.

“He’s an exceptional sound designer with a great instinct for short form work and a real attention to detail. He combines technical precision with creativity, and he’s also brilliant to work with in the studio. I’m delighted to see him join Forever Audio and I know he’ll make a strong impact.”

Forever Audio says the hires reflect continued investment in creative and technical roles as the company expands its production capability.
