David Tennant Does A Podcast With… returns for second series

David Tennant launched his podcast to talk to some of the world’s most recognisable faces about everything and anything, with interviews that were always revealing and interesting.

Little did he expect to have a global hit on his hands!

Now, with guests that rarely do interviews but always have interesting stories to share, season two of this chart-topping podcast offers a line up of global cultural icons.

Already recorded for season 2 with more names to be announced, David talks to Big Bang Theory and Hollywood star Jim Parsons in the first episode of the new season, the legendary Dame Judi Dench, The Handmaid’s Tale star Elisabeth Moss, US politician Stacey Abrams, musician Tim Minchin, Star Trek’s George Takei, The Good Fight andVera star Cush Jumbo, acting royalty and star of Succession Brian Cox and Schitt’s Creek’s Dan Levy.

While a move into podcasts may not have been the predicted next step for one of the UK’s most successful actors, having starred in TV shows such as Doctor Who, Good Omens and Broadchurch, with 10million downloads and counting, David has created another hit.

In the first season, David’s guests included Olivia Colman, Michael Sheen, James Corden, Ian McKellen, Whoopi Goldberg, Jennifer Garner and Tina Fey. For season two, he promises more intimate, honest and downright fun conversations that can literally go anywhere.
