Dinner Party podcast returns with GLP-1 focused limited series

A relaunched Dinner Party podcast will explore life after GLP-1 weight loss when it returns as a five episode limited series this month.

Suzy Chase is bringing her Dinner Party feed back with a new focus on post weight loss habits, launching Dinner Party on a GLP-1 this month.

The series shifts the original format towards conversations around fitness, recovery and longer-term lifestyle changes linked to GLP-1 use.

The podcast builds on Suzy’s recent development of the GLP-1 AI Method, a one-page prompt system designed to help users track progress and interpret personal data.

She says the new series is to address a gap in discussion around what happens after initial weight loss.

“Everyone’s talking about GLP-1s,” said Suzy. “But no one’s really talking about what comes next, the fitness, the optimization, and how to actually build a system around your GLP-1 experience.”

The five-episode run will cover topics including scale anxiety, moving away from calorie counting and the transition from weight loss to longer term physical goals.

It also looks at how tools such as ChatGPT can be used to analyse personal data and support decision making.

Suzy developed the method over the past year, drawing on her own experience of weight loss and maintenance using GLP-1 medication.

The podcast translates that approach into structured discussions, with each episode designed as a standalone exploration based on practical decisions and tracked outcomes.

“GLP-1 isn’t the strategy,” she added. “It’s a variable inside a larger system. The next shift won’t be about how much weight people lost — it will be about how strong, capable, and fit they became.”

The new series will appear in the existing Dinner Party feed, maintaining continuity for current listeners while introducing a more focused editorial direction.
