Mind magician Joel M manipulates celebrity minds in new podcast

Northern Irish Mentalist Joel Mawhinney is launching a brand-new podcast.

Joel is one of the UK’s biggest TikTokers, who posts mind blowing magic tricks online. He has Over 16 million TikTok followers, 2 million YouTube subscribers and a billion views.

Now, the fast-rising mind magician will use his skills to manipulate the minds of celebrities in his new podcast, Influenced with Joel M.

It was watching the Paul Daniels show on TV with his grandma, at five years old, that first got Joel into magic. Now 25, and a big fan of Derren Brown, he’s built a solid fanbase and is obsessed with creating new tricks and understanding the psychology behind magic.

The podcast will see celebrities including Scottish singer-songwriter Nina Nesbitt, BAFTA winning TV chefs Tubsey and Hyder, and comedian Paul Chowdhry having their minds influenced by Joel.

Although a magician never shares his tricks, at the beginning of every episode Joel lets his listeners in on his secret by telling them exactly what the trick will be. Guests won’t have any idea about the trick until the end.

Each episode will have a different trick, ranging from guessing their first pet, dream takeaway to the last person they messaged or even the first person they slept with.
