The long-standing partnership between Audioboom and the No Such Thing As A Fish podcast is set to continue.
Multi-award winning and recognised by Spotify as one of the Top Podcasts of the Decade, the weekly show features QI researchers Dan Schreiber, James Harkin, Anna Ptaszynski and Andrew Hunter Murray as they uncover and share the most bizarre, extraordinary and hilarious facts they’ve discovered.
Since its launch in 2014, it has released over 550 episodes and achieved over half a billion downloads. It has also been celebrated as one of Apple Music’s most downloaded podcasts of 2016, 2017, and 2018, and was named one of Amazon Music’s Best Podcasts of the Year in 2022.
Host Anna Ptaszynski says: “Researching and hosting No Such Thing As A Fish is probably one of the most fun jobs in the world. But without Audioboom, it wouldn’t be a job, it’d be a very time-consuming hobby that would have left us all destitute by now.
“They’re brilliant to work with, they keep roofs over our nerdy heads and they’re a big part of the reason our weird facts have reached so many ears worldwide. Long may that continue.”
Mike Newman, Audioboom Vice President, UK Content & Partnerships adds: “After a decade of success, No Such Thing As A Fish remains one of the UK’s most successful and best loved podcasts.
“We’re delighted to extend our long-standing partnership and support their continued growth in the years to come.”
