A new boxing podcast focused on debate and opinion is launching with Tony Bellew and Charlie Parsons.
Fight Your Corner moves away from traditional interviews and previews, instead focusing on direct discussion, disagreement and reaction to key moments across boxing and combat sports.
Tony Bellew, a former WBC Cruiserweight champion, brings experience from both his fighting career and his current role as a pundit with DAZN’s global boxing coverage.
He won his world title in 2016 at Goodison Park in Liverpool and has since become known for his direct and outspoken analysis.
“The only thing I love more than an argument is boxing. The fact that I get to cover both, every week, with big names who I respect – I’m very excited by this,” he says.
Charlie Parsons joins as co-host, bringing a background in digital content and audience-led storytelling.
At 22, he has built a following through interviews and social media clips, and is also a co-founder of content platform The Stomping Ground.
Charlie said: “This show is going to take boxing content to the next level. From the calibre of names appearing to the quality of what we’re producing – I can’t wait for the world to tune in.”
The format centres on strong opinions and open discussion, with guests expected to contribute to conversations rather than deliver standard promotional appearances.
Conor Hewitt, Head of Sport at Platform Media, said: “We’re proud to be partnering with two of the most compelling figures in the space. Bellew’s ringside authority and Parsons’ track record in creator-led content make this a genuinely differentiated proposition.”
The series is positioned to reflect how audiences increasingly engage with sports content, combining audio distribution with video-first platforms and personality-led discussion.
Fight Your Corner will be released weekly from 6 May at 5pm, with episodes available across major podcast platforms and full video versions on Spotify and YouTube.
