Wondery secures exclusive Boardroom podcast distribution rights

Wondery, part of Amazon, will take over exclusive distribution and advertising sales for Boardroom’s digital series.

The move will expand the reach of the sports and entertainment brand co-founded by Kevin Durant and Rich Kleiman.

This agreement means Wondery will distribute Boardroom’s audio and video content across Amazon platforms such as Prime Video, Amazon Music, and Fire TV Channels, starting in early 2027.

The content will also remain available on Boardroom’s YouTube channel, Boardroom.TV, and other podcast platforms.

Boardroom’s portfolio includes the Cover Story and Boardroom Talks franchises, featuring hosts such as Kevin Durant, Rich Kleiman, Taylor Rooks, and Speedy Morman.

The deal also covers Boardroom’s annual Twitch livestreams with Durant, and will create new opportunities for brand and fan engagement at Boardroom’s live events.

The partnership is set to enhance Boardroom’s signature live events, including those around the Super Bowl and NBA All-Star, by unlocking new advertising and sponsorship opportunities across video and social channels.

This approach is designed to help marketers connect more deeply with Boardroom’s audience through events and content featuring Durant, Kleiman, and other personalities.
