Jamie Oliver is taking listeners on a journey to better wellbeing with his new Audible Original podcast.
Audible is to launch Reset Your Health with Jamie Oliver, a six-part in the New Year, with the chef, author and long-time child health campaigner. He’ll be exploring some of the most talked-about topics in modern wellness alongside leading experts.
Each episode focuses on a different area of health, with Oliver cutting through conflicting advice by asking practical questions and testing out simple steps that listeners can apply to their own lives.
Specialists will help to explain the science behind everything from digestion to ageing in a way that feels clear, accessible and genuinely useful.
The series uncovers what happens inside the gut with Dr Emily Leeming, examines why soft foods and crunchy foods affect our bodies differently with Sarah Berry, and reveals why bacon sandwiches are so appealing with geneticist Professor Giles Yeo.
Also featuring, will be healthy ageing and memory protection with Professor Rose Anne Kenny, creating a podcast packed with small, effective tips supported by research.
Oliver and his guests show how achievable change can be, sharing relatable stories about sneaking vegetables into meals, building better sleep routines and trying low-effort tweaks that can lead to long-term benefits, all designed to encourage curiosity rather than perfection in everyday health.
Speaking about the project, Oliver said our current food environment makes healthy choices difficult, adding that the podcast aims to unpack simple, positive actions everyone can try, and emphasising that small improvements around eating, sleep and gut health can transform happiness and overall wellbeing.
Aurelie de Troyer, Head of Regional Content, Europe at Audible added: “Jamie has this incredible knack for making complex topics feel like a conversation with your friend.
“This isn’t your typical wellness podcast – it’s Jamie being genuinely interested about the science behind why our bodies do what they do, and that curiosity is absolutely infectious.”
The podcast also reflects Oliver’s decade-long focus on nutrition, following his Royal Society of Public Health Level 4 Award at St Mary’s Twickenham University, where he studied the science of food and its effects on the body under Professor Ann Kennedy and Gill Horgan.
Reset Your Health with Jamie Oliver will be available exclusively on Audible from 8 January 2026, with pre-orders open now and membership may be required.
