Zeno Media has appointed Nikols Latuff as Chief Growth Officer to expand its global audio and digital reach.
Latuff has driven Zeno Media’s growth across international and multicultural markets, helping the company build audiences in over 100 countries. She previously worked as Vice President of Growth, leading partnerships and initiatives that strengthened relationships with diaspora communities and independent broadcasters.
In her new role, she will oversee broadcaster momentum, market development, and audience expansion across Zeno’s streaming and digital platforms.
Morris Berger, CEO of Zeno Media, said: “Nikols is not only a growth strategist, she is a leader helping define the future of global audio. She brings a rare combination of market intelligence, cultural fluency, and bold execution. She has built trusted relationships with our broadcaster and creator partners, championing their successes.”
Zeno is investing in streaming infrastructure, AI-driven tools including podcast automation bots, in-car applications, and monetisation solutions for creators.
The company says Latuff’s promotion reflects its focus on long-term growth and strengthening its position in the evolving audio industry.
Nikols added: “Stepping into the Chief Growth Officer role at Zeno feels especially timely. My focus is bringing radio broadcasters and content creators from around the world to Zeno, and helping them scale their digital footprint with solutions that drive sustainable revenue, expand global distribution, and keep them ahead of the next chapter in the audio industry.”
