The Audio Academy has begun the search for an event production partner to deliver the 2027 Audio and Radio Industry Awards, known as the ARIAS.
The ARIAS ceremony is a major fixture in the UK audio and radio calendar, bringing together around 800 guests each year to celebrate achievements across live radio, podcasts, audiobooks and commercial audio partnerships.
The successful production partner will be responsible for the entire event, including talent management, creative direction, technical production, venue and stage management, guest experience, ticketing, awards administration, branding, catering, entertainment, and collaboration on press and partnerships.
The most recent ARIAS took place at London’s Roundhouse, hosted by Rylan, with a red carpet arrival led by Tyler West, celebrity guests, live performances and a DJ-led afterparty.
The awards are judged by more than 200 senior industry practitioners and are recognised for their role in highlighting the breadth of UK audio.
With the Audio Academy now operating under a new name, the 2027 ceremony is seen as an opportunity for a creative company to help shape the identity of this national event.
The Academy is particularly interested in hearing from companies with experience in large-scale awards ceremonies, a commitment to creative collaboration, and a strong focus on accessibility, inclusion, outreach and environmental sustainability.

Interested companies will need to sign a non-disclosure agreement before receiving a full Invitation to Tender, which will outline the scope of services, budget, pitch requirements, timeline and evaluation criteria.
The deadline to register interest is 31 August 2026, with final pitches due by 14 September.
