British Podcast Awards Listeners’ Choice shortlist revealed

The final shortlist for the British Podcast Awards’ 2023 Listeners’ Choice Award has been announced.

Over 200,000 individual votes were received in the free, public poll on the BPA website. Listeners can continue to vote for any of the Top 5 shortlisted podcasts until 11.59pm on Tuesday 12 September.

The podcasts are:

Help I Sexted My Boss with William Hanson and Jordan North – worlds collide as unlikely best friends, William (a posh etiquette expert) and Jordan (expert in all things common), help you navigate the challenges of modern life, answering your 21st century questions and finding solutions to your everyday struggles.

Redhanded with Hannah Maguire and Suruthi Bala – Having won the Listeners’ Choice Award twice before, Redhanded is the podcast that jumps head first into all manners of macabre madness. It covers everything from big time serial killers (and those you haven’t heard of), hauntings, possessions, whodunits and anything else that tickles the hosts’ creepy fancies.

Live, Laugh, Love – Ladbaby with Mark and Roxanne Hoyle – the husband and wife team who broke records with their Christmas No1 Hit and have taken social media by storm invite you into their home for a gossip, to answer your burning questions and tackle life’s biggest problems!

The Girls Bathroom with Sophia Tuxford and Cinzia Baylis-Zullo – life long besties, Sophia and Cinzia, want to help you make sense of the boys wasting your time, girls trying to make your life difficult and all the things in between. Join them for a fun but real chat in the girls bathroom, a place we all know to be full of gossip and girl chat.

Staying Relevant with Sam Thompson and Pete Wicks – TOWIE and Made in Chelsea alumni, Sam & Pete, discover what it really takes to stay relevant in the public eye today. The overall winner will be announced during the ceremony on 28 September at HERE at Outernet London.
