The Black Podcast Listener Report from Edison Research, SXM Media and Mindshare was released in October 2021, sparking a great deal of dialogue online during the presentation and now Edison Research will be hosting an online event to continue the conversation.
The virtual event will give podcasters and other interested parties a chance to network and discuss various relevant podcast topics, such as key findings from the Black Podcast Listener Report, feedback for the next report and other topics helpful to creators in the space.
This free and public event will be conducted via Zoom with sessions hosted by Edison Research staff and other thought leaders from the podcast industry. Participants will also have the chance to join video breakout rooms to participate in smaller group discussions.
“There was so much excitement around the Black Podcast Listener Report during the presentation in October, and so much natural interaction among the audience, that we knew we had to provide an opportunity for this community to get together again,” noted Gabriel Soto, Director of Research at Edison Research.
