Final episode of podcast that demystifies Podcasting 2.0 out now

Podcasting 2.0 in Practice is an interactive show that acts as a step-by-step guide to modern podcasting technologies.

Made by podcaster, audio editor and founder of the Creativity Found website and membership, Claire Waite Brown, the series has just released its final episode (so far)!

With an emphasis on the benefits that can be gained for both listener and creator, this series explains how new podcast features – such as transcripts, chapters and podroll – can help podcasters with discovery, interactivity, and monetisation, and help listeners to support and contribute to the success of their favourite shows.

Expert guests join Claire to talk about the features, but listeners are expected to do some of the work. The series includes homework and extra credit episodes to get listeners implementing the features for themselves.

Guest experts include:

  • Ellie Rubinstein: Pocket Casts
  • Sam Sethi: TrueFans
  • Jordan Blair: Buzzsprout; Buzzcast; Dreamful
  • James Cridland: Podnews.net
  • Sarah Ferris: Conning the Con; Stop the Killing; Watching Two Detectives
  • Daniel J. Lewis: The Audacity to Podcast
  • David and Leila Medus: Fun Fact Friday; Everything’s an Argument
  • Dave Jackson: School of Podcasting
  • Danny Brown: Captivate; In and Around Podcasting
  • Oscar Merry: Fountain.fm

The series is run like a course, so start at the first lesson here.
