Crooked Media has appointed Intelligence Squared as its new production partner for the weekly show, Pod Save the UK.
The marks a shift in how the show is made as it continues to expand its reach in British political podcasting.
Since launching in 2023, the podcast, which is hosted by Nish Kumar and Coco Khan, has developed a strong following for its mix of political analysis and commentary, focusing on major UK stories through a progressive lens.
It recently received the Podcast Champion award at the British Podcast Awards, recognising its approach to political coverage.
Under the new arrangement, award-winning producer Bea Duncan becomes Editorial Executive Producer for the show on behalf of Intelligence Squared. Jasmine Davies, previously of The Today Programme, joins as Assistant Producer.
The companies say the editorial direction will remain consistent, with plans to build on the programme’s existing format while exploring further opportunities for growth.
